CURRENTLY ENROLLED SPASH STUDENTS

High School Transcripts

Initial Transcripts (sent to colleges after applications are sent)

  • Students that apply to college via the Common App - your counselor will send your initial transcript
  • If you would like your ACT score added to your transcript, you can stop into the counseling office and ask to have it added. (otherwise schools may require you to send it

Final Transcripts (sent at the end of senior year with your final grades)

  • All final transcripts will be sent from Xello, and can be entered from mid April thru graduation.  These will be sent to schools after final grades are added to your transcripts.
Dual Enrollment / Start College Now / Early College Credit Transcripts

Students that participated in Dual Enrollment courses, Start College Now courses or Early College Credit will also need to have transcripts sent from the institutions they received credit from.  There is a fee for this service.

If you graduated in 1995 or later, please request an official transcript through Parchment.

If you graduated in 1994 or before, please submit a request for an official transcript.

  • There is a fee for this service
  • Graduates in this group must print the paper document and mail or fax to SPASH with payment
