SPASH teachers, coaches, students, athletes, parents, and boosters have contributed to a sports program that is considered to be one of the top athletic programs in the state of Wisconsin. Please join us as we continue to promote academic and athletic excellence, outstanding sportsmanship and values that the Stevens Point community can be proud of.  We hope you enjoy the upcoming season in what should prove to be another exciting chapter in the rich tradition of Stevens Point Area Senior High athletics.

It’s Time to Update Your Sports Physical!

Whether you’re gearing up for your first season or returning for another great year, now’s the time to take care of your sports physical  for the 2026–2027 school year.

Stevens Point Orthopedics is offering three complimentary sports physical days this summer. Sports physical appointments are also available outside of those dates at a cost of $75/visit. Call 715-344-0701 to schedule your physical.

2026 Complimentary Sports Physical Dates

• Tuesday, June 23^rd (3pm to 6pm)
• Friday, July 17^th (12pm to 3pm)
• Thursday, July 30^th (3pm to 6pm)

Athletes are reminded to wear eyeglasses/contacts and athletic shoes and have their WIAA pre-participation history and permission forms filled out. More information and appointment forms can be accessed online: https://stevenspointortho.com/sports-physicals/.

📝 What You Need to Know:

• All athletes must have a current physical form signed by a physician on file to participate in practices or competitions.

• Physicals are valid for two school years, but must follow WIAA guidelines:

  Key Dates to Remember:

  • If your physical was completed before April 1, 2025, it’s not valid for 2026–2027—you’ll need a new physical.

  • If your physical was done between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, you just need to complete the online Alternate Year Card during registration.
     

• Wellness Check-Up Forms do not meet eligibility requirements and will not be accepted.
